Our Riding Holidays
We are absolutely delighted to offer our all inclusive Hebridean riding holiday package in partnership with Remuera, Holiday Home.
Suitable for competent novices, intermediate and experienced riders only.
Enjoy rides along Traigh Mhor and Garry Beaches , as well as treks and trails onto the moorlands and sand dunes. Flat and jump riding lessons available. Plenty of opportunities to provide care for your horse or pony allocated to you during the week.

£1950( based on sharing a twin room )
£2250( single room supplement).
£750 ( non riders accompanying a rider and sharing a room) .
£1050 Additional accompanied riding child ( under 18 yrs ) sharing a room with a riding parent

Remuera is a beautiful family home, spacious , homely and comfortable, your Host Ann-Marie will be close to hand and a chance to sit in the beautiful orchard garden and even possibly see a demo of the making of Harris Tweed on a traditional pedal powered loom!

6 nights: Arrive on Monday afternoon ferry and depart on the Sunday afternoon ferry.
Typical Itinerary
Monday
Arrive Monday afternoon and head straight to the centre to meet your steed. A chance to groom and then go for a Prat Trail Ride before heading to your accommodation.
Tuesday
Morning: A lesson on the morning followed by a mini moorland ride. In the
afternoon we shall have our first trip to the beach!
Wednesday
Morning we will explore the sand dunes and beach on a longer trail ride . In the afternoon we will head down onto the beach for a full length beach ride.
Thursday
Morning: This is a wonderful opportunity to explore Lewis a bit more and visit the Callanish Standing Stones, Dun Carloway and the old Norse Mill at Shawbhost. Before a longer beach ride in the afternoon.
Friday
You will go on a Peat trail ride up onto the moorland then down onto Traigh Mhor before heading onto Garry Beach. Late afternoon you'll head to the Hebridean Spa for some pamper time. In the evening we will head down for a late evening beach ride.
Saturday
In the morning enjoy the breathtaking views of the Lord Leverhulme Trail , before a final gallop along the sands of Tràigh Mhòr in the afternoon. Saturday evening we shall take a stroll after dinner onto Tolsta Head.
Sunday
Morning after checking out, you can come and say goodbye to your wonderful horses and ponies before you go back to Stornoway in time for the afternoon sailing to Ullapool.
More Details
In the morning enjoy a continental breakfast, we will stock the fridge with bacon eggs and the famous black pudding. We will provide soup, toasties or sandwiches for lunch at the Tack&Snack and a hearty 2 course meal in the evening. Chillout time in the evening .
